Local Spotlight

Supporting local farms, businesses, and producers is a top priority when we are crafting our public events. Using the terms “local” and “sustainable” are not just buzzwords for us, and we aim to collaborate with the community on each event we plan.

Tailored Menus

We craft menus for each event based on the location, concept, and seasonal availability. Whenever possible, we always try to incorporate an element of the surroundings into our meals where we work.

Community Building

We love bringing people together around a table to break bread and converse. We welcome people to watch us cook, learn about new cooking techniques, and ask questions during the process. Guests are encouraged to interact with us as much or as little as they desire.
